Return Policy

Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer service and we will be glad to help you start the return process.

Empty Bottle Guarantee: ONLY 1 Bottled can be opened, not used completely and must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. One bottle from your first order/shipment may be opened or empty. Bottles from subsequent orders/shipments must be sealed and unused for refund eligibility. Simply contact our customer service and we will be glad to help you start the return process. (We do not take any returns 30 days after receiving you receive your order.)

We recommend using a shipping method that has tracking or delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for return packages lost in the mail. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a prompt refund of the full product price less shipping to the same credit card used to place the order.
